PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP
Our Practice is hoping to re-engage patients to join our Patient Participation Group who meet up roughly four times a year.
We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.
We also share news regarding our services, patient surveys, premises etc., at these meetings.
Details of the next meeting will be shared on our website and displayed within the waiting area. If you would like to be notified of any meeting dates please pass your name to either Faye or Sarah B at the Surgery.
